- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Tennessee City: Nashville Delineated Area: North: Interstate 40 South: Hwy 255 East: Murfreesboro Pike, Hwy 41 West: Interstate 24 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,437 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,437 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 43 Surface Parking Spaces Full Term: 5 Years Firm Term: 0 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Class A Building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Subleases are not acceptable. The space must be available for occupancy immediately. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Nashville, TN, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. GSA must receive all Expressions of Interest in writing no later than June 22, 2016 and should include the following information at a minimum. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1. Building name/address and the location of available space within the building; 2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and the expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced, inclusive of a Tenant Improvement allowance of $10.63ABOA SF, meeting GSA's standard building shell requirements; 4. Building ownership information; 5. Amount of parking available onsite; 6. Energy Efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 7. List of building Services provided; 8. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 9. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact; 10. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement; 11. Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission.
