Description

RFP : Restaurant Point of Sale Hardware and Application Solution Restaurant Point of Sale Hardware and Application Solution. Quick Serve- order and receive food immediately (25 locations) Full Service (Table Service)- Includes the bar atmosphere (51 locations) Mobile- limited space and infrastructure (18 locations) Approximate Terminal Count - the solution and hosting may increase or decrease the terminal counts. Below is an estimate based on current design: QTY of two (2) Stationery Terminals per Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) and Fast Casual Restaurant (FCR), 46 QSR locations = 92 terminals QTY of three (3) Stationery per Table Service Restaurant (TSR), 51 TSR locations = 153 TSR terminals QTY of four (4) Mobile Terminals per TSR, 51 locations = 204 mobile TSR terminals Objective: Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) - Commercial Off - the Shelf (COTS) POS and application designed for an enterprise environment that is compliant with Department of Defense (DOD) requirements. The POS and application will be a replacement for the software currently used in USMC MCCS food and beverage services.
