- **THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE TO 06/27/2016. All submissions are required to be submitted via e-mail to franklin.andujar@navy.mil no later than 6:00am (EST) on 27 June 2016.** The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this notice is 517110 “ Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office announces this sources sought notice/request for information to identify potential vendors capable of providing local exchange access, commercial network service, and supporting subscriber service for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic ™s (NCTAMS LANT) /Base Communications Office (BCO) area Naval Complexes. Specific details of the requirement can be found in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS), with locations specified in Appendixes 1 through 6 of the PWS. Appendix 1: BCO Corpus Christi TX Appendix 2: BCO Kingsville, TX Appendix 3: BCO Fort Worth, TX Appendix 4: BCO Pensacola Complex (NAS Pensacola, NASP Corry Station and NASP Saufley Station), FL Appendix 5: BCO Meridian, MS Appendix 6: BCO Pensacola/Whiting Field (NAS Whiting Field), FL Vendors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to respond to this source sought notice/request for information via the submission of an executive summary. VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE, WHETHER IN SUPPORT OF ONLY ONE, MULITPLE OR ALL LOCATIONS. Submissions are not to exceed twelve (12) typewritten pages in no less than 10 font size. In addition to the executive summary, industry feedback to the draft PWS is requested “ all comments/ideas will be considered, although any questions/comments/ideas may not be responded to directly. The goal of such feedback is to consider suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, leverage industry expertise or any other ideas that could result in an improved product. Submissions should include the following information and reference N00189-16-S-1618: 1. Vendor name, address, and point of contact with corresponding phone number and e-mail address 2. DUNS number, Cage Code, business size and classification 3. Capability statement displaying the vendor ™s ability to provide the required services, for one or multiple locations, to include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last five (5) years. This relevant past performance information should identify the applicable contract number; total contract dollar amount; capacity performed (Prime or Sub); contract period of performance; description of the relevant services provided AND the relevancy of the services to the proposed requirement; and a customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and e-mail address (up to two references per location). VENDORS ARE ENSOURAGED TO TEAM-UP AND RESPOND IN A WAY THAT THEIR COLLECTIVE PAST PERFORMANCE DEMONSTRATES THE REQUISITE SKILLS, RESOURCES AND CAPABILITIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE STATED REQUIREMENTS. 4. Feedback to the draft PWS, including suggestions that might enhance competition, improve the clarity of the requirement, or any other ideas that could result in an improved product NOTE: Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the contents of this announcement will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
