Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Druck Inc. on a sole source basis for a quantity of one (1) each P/N ADTS405-8325M8, Air Data Test Set in support of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force E-2C Program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
