- Sole Source J&A-The Bus Advertisement Under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)/FAR 6.302-1, the Hawaii Army National Guard intends to award a six (6) month sole source contract effective on or about June 22, 2016 for interior advertisement services on TheBus, Oahu's public bus transportation fleet of 365. Award of this service to Ad Walls LLC, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2820 Honolulu, HI 96813 has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Ad Walls LLC is the only vendor managing advertisements on TheBus for The City & County of Honolulu. This is not a formal solicitation. No solicitation document will be issued and telephonic requests will not be honored. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541850. The Justification & Approval (J&A) is attached. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that respondee meets all compliance issues and that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Absent a response to this Notice by 3:00 PM (EST) on June 21, 2016 to the point of contact (POC), an award will be issued to Ad Walls LLC.
