- PRST Schedule of Services and Prices SUBJECT: Amendment 0005 to Solicitation No. TIRSE16-R-00001 Amendment 0005 is issued to a) add serial numbers for all UPS systems to the Price Schedule, b) revise/correct and replace the Performance Requirements Summary Table (PRST), and c) extend the proposal due date. a) Serial numbers for all UPS systems have been added to the Price Schedule at Attachment 1, which is attached. b) The Performance Requirements Summary Table, Attachment 2, has been revised, is replaced in its entirety and is attached. c) The proposal due date is extended until close of business June 27, 2016. A subsequent amendment will be issued at later date.
