- Please use the attached Question and Answer template for any questions pertaining to this requirement. Please fill in this template and submit to melissa.beams-villareal@us.af.mil NOT later than 22 June 2016 - Thursday at 12:00pm. Please see attached SOW. Please provide a quote for the line items listed. Failure to quote on all CLINs or failure to submit ALL 14 pages of this RFQ with all applicable clauses/provisions filled in will render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration in the absence of discussions. This is a requirement for Dog Kennel Deck - Duckboard as indicate below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTR16146AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is Small Buiness Setaside. This NAICS code is 326130 and the size standard is 500 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the Primary point of contact (POC) below.
