- The ITEMS DCS Final RFP Amendment 0002 has been posted to the classified IC ARC on June 17, 2016. Any subsequent amendments to the RFP will be posted on the classified IC ARC. It is the responsibility of the prospective Offerors to monitor the internet site for the release of any additional amendments (if any). A courtesy copy of the unclassified amended RFP will be posted to the unclassified IC ARC. However, the official version of the amendment and the documentation relevant to the solicitation are contained in the CBL and reside on the classified IC ARC website.
