- Draft PWS for S6G-009 VSAT II Sustainment THIS IS A SOURCES SOURCE NOTIFICATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The US Army is contemplating a sole source procurement to TeleCommunication Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comtech Telecommunications Corp., (CAGE 0HAL7) for the sustainment of AN/TSC-198 family of communications systems, to include spare parts, repairs, upgrades, refurbishments, and training. This order is not for the procurement of new terminals nor replacement terminals. The US Army is doing research, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, to determine if there are any companies that can perform the work required. Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details of the upcoming requirement. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services. Any interested business concern shall provide the following: Company name, address, point-of-contact, telephone number, e-mail address and business size (if SB provides proof of certification, etc.) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811213. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought synopsis is voluntary and the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
