- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - NJ (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA), issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) through the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Services - Small Business (ITS-SB) contract vehicle for the procurement of Audio / Visual Maintenance and Support. USALSA requires a full range of A/V maintenance support services, including preventive maintenance, initial/onetime corrective maintenance and ongoing corrective maintenance. The RFQ was issued on 11 April 2016 as a 100% Small Business Set-aside through CHESS ITS-SB. Offeror's responding to the RFQ were asked to submit a Firm-Fixed Price quote for the required tasks as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance for the base award is Twelve (12) months beginning on the date of Task Order award. One, twelve (12) month option period may be exercised by the Government as detailed in the PWS. MicroTech satisfies the requirements as defined in the RFQ. In accordance with the terms of the selection criteria set forth in the RFQ, award was made to Microtech.
