- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.3, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) No. ID14160228. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-DFARS Publication Notice 20120420. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 / dated 05-16-2016, and GSAR CHANGE 70 dated 03-31-2016. This requirement is unrestricted under the applicable NAICS code 238390 with $15.0M small business size standard. Please see attached statement of work (SOW) for detailed description. The vendor shall deliver and install Workbooth Individual Enclosures at GSA headquarters building at 1800 F street NW, Washington DC. Period of performance shall be one year (Date of Award through 12 Months) with the first delivery and installation to be completed by no later than October 1, 2016. Furniture items and associated services shall be proposed on FOB Destination terms. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. All received vendor quotes shall be evaluated using trade off evaluation approach in accordance to evaluation factors on provided. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition.
