- Synopsis Solicitation Statement of Work Request for Information Reference information Prompt Payment Info Offeror Representations and Certifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide Shuttle Crane Lift Repair services at USCG Sector Delaware Bay. USCG intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is a Total 100% Set-aside for Small Business. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 million.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87-2. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. Offerors must register and complete and have an active record in the Systems for Award Management Database (SAM) account www.sam.gov with active DUNS Number, and Online Representation and Certifications. Contractors may access and register at http://www.SAM.gov. FAR Clause 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (SAM) is applicable to this procurement. Ensure DUNS and CAGE Code numbers are provided with the proposal. To receive your DUNS number, call 1-800-333-0505 or www.dnb.com. The complete Solicitation number HSCG42-16-N-5MA465 is attached (paper copies will not be available). Please follow the instructions to offerors in the solicitation carefully.
