- Title: This is Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Viper Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) Radio software and licenses for the Lockheed Martin/DMOC. Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The 377 MSG/Contracting Division Kirtland AFB, NM intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract to Battlespace Simulations Inc. (BSI), for the purchase of Viper DIS radio emulation software and licenses that provides the means of simulating real-world UHF and VHF radios and radio traffic in a distributed virtual environment. BSI is the maker and sole source provider of this product. Anticipated date of award is 17 July 2016. The FSC Code is 7030, the NAICS Code is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5M. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within Seven (7) days of this announcement.
