- Work of this Contract comprises general construction associated with the rehabilitation of the Myrtle Beach International Airport Traffic Control Tower Facility in Myrtle Beach, SC (MYR ATCT). All demolition and construction necessary to provide a complete project as depicted on the drawings and these specifications are required. Major tasks include, but are not limited to: 1. Waterproofing of the entire facility, including resealing. 2. Replacement of all exterior doors in the ATCT and Base Building. 3. Removal and replacement of exterior finish at ATCT. 4. Repair, re-sealing and painting of Base Building and E/G Building. 5. Miscellaneous architectural finish and waterproofing items (Modifications to the electrical and mechanical systems of the adjacent storage building.) 6. Installation of gravel and a trench drain to provide proper drainage around buildings and parking lot.
