- Attachment Five Attachment Four Attachment Three Attachment Two Attachment One RFP for Professional Role Player Services This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Professional Role Player Services to be performed to support the mission of the United States Capitol Police, Training Services Bureau. The Contractor shall perform services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a single Contract. The resultant Contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract and will issue Task Orders on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The resultant Contract will have a Base Period, which will be effective upon Contract execution and shall be effective for one (1) year followed by four (4) one-year Option Periods. The proposed Contract action is for professional services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The NAICS code is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.
