- Draft requirement THIS IS A SOURCES SOURCE NOTIFICATION. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The US Army is contemplating a sole source procurement to Morrell Group (CAGE 0BHP2) for calibration and spare parts for the company's proprietary equipment. The US Army is doing research to determine if there are any companies that can perform the work required. Please see the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details of the upcoming requirement.
