- SF18 N00178-16-T-0141 Fiber Optic Links – Requirements List Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0141 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name or equivalent basis from A.A. Lab Systems, LTD, 33 Hayetzira St, Ramat-Gan, 52521, Isreal, the below listed items in accordance with the attached SF18 and Fiber Optic Links - Requirements List Document attached. The below are the A.A. Lab Systems, LTD items sought, however please note the attached Fiber Optic Links - Requirements List Document for specifications that would be needed if quoting equivalent items for review by the technical point of contact for this acquisition. Quantity Description 10 AFL-4800-MM - Analog Fiber Optic Link (TX+RX) MM, DC- 8MHz bandwidth, +/-5V in/out 2 AFL-4800-PS10 - mains power supply, 7.5V for 10 channels 2 AFL-4800-RACK - Rack mounting case 19"+ Wiring + Internal Protection 10 AFL-4800-DIN - Din Rail Adaptor for TX modules only 10 AFL-4800-BAT-INT-7.5V - Lead Acid Battery interface & Over Voltage protection (7.5V output) 10 AFL-4800-FO-20-MM Optical Fiber, MM, 20m Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 28 June 2016, no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT with an anticipated award date by 20 July 2016.
