Past Performance Information Form Evaluation Factors Solicitation The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to fabricated procure and deliver ( 1) Logistic Escape Handling Fixture Trunk, (1) Logistic Plug Tank (LPT Stand), (1) Logistic Escape Trunk Deck Enclosure (LET House) and (1) Logistic Escape Trunk Deck Enclosure (LPT House) for use on board VA Class Submarines at Norfolk Naval Shipyard Portsmouth, Va. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611, ( Ship Building and Repairing ). The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. T he material will be fabricated top meet the requirements Statement of Work and the Newport News and Naval Sea Systems command drawings that will be provided within the forthcoming solicitation. Contract line items are as follows: 001: Logistic Escape Trunk Handling Fixture, (1) EA 0002: Logistic Plug Tank (LPT Stand), (1) EA 0003: Logistic Escape Trunk Deck Enclosure (LET House) (1) EA 0004: Logistic Escape Trunk Deck Enclosure (LPT House) (1) EA The solicitation number is SPMYM1-16-R-0001 and the solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 17 June 2016 and will close on 18 July 2016.
