- Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical, and piping work onboard USS Zephyr (PC 8). Solicitations will be available on or about 18 July 2016. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Market research was conducted from 6 June 2016 - 20 June 2016 and this solicitation will be set aside for small business. The solicitation is being set aside for small business and is being extended to offerors in the Jacksonville, Fl area.
