- ****ATTENTION*****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO TARA HAMMRICH, CONTRACTING OFFICER, CCAM-ALB, VIA email: Tara.Hammrich@us.army.mil, or fax number (256) 955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. A previous Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought (SS) Notice was posted on 30 September 2015. This Proposed acquisition is a follow-on procurement to provide both United (US) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Repair and Return STINGER Training Devices as follows: Tracking Head Trainer (quantity of 440), Captive Flight Trainer (quantity of 315) and Battery Charger (quantity of 130). There are 5,000 FMS labor hours associated with this effort; 1,000 for the Base year and 1,000 for each of the Option years. The contractor shall provide logistics support to diagnose, maintain, repair, and test all AMCOM-managed major and secondary items, assemblies, and subassemblies contained in the STINGER Missile Trainers. The proposed contractor for this effort is Raytheon Missile Systems, 1151 E. Hermans Rd. Bldg. 851, Tucson, AZ 85756, CAGE Code 15090. The proposed Contract type is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee and will be funded with Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) Funds for Major Item Repair and Army Working Capital Funds (AWCF) for Secondary Item Repair. The Options will be funded with Direct Cite U.S. Army National Guard, U.S. Marine Corps and FMS Trust funds. This Contract consists of a One Year Base (FY17) and four One Year Options. The Estimated Contract Value is $16,969,208.10. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
