Statement of Work CO Wage Determination 3 June 16 AF 66, Schedule of Submittals Project Specifications Building 406 HVAC Solicitation Drawings This project is being solicited under AFFARS MP5332.7. FAR clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds will be incorporated into the solicitation. "Notice to Offer(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." If funding is not available by 30 Sep 16 the solicitation will be cancelled. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2. This ACQUISITION is set aside for HUBZONE Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238220 and the Size Standard is $15.0M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFAR 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. DEMOLISH AND REPLACE R22 REFRIGERANT B406 BY REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF AIR COOLED CHILLER. The contractor is responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to accomplish all associated task involved with this project. The location of this work will be performed at Schriever AFB, Colorado in the Restricted Area. The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract with a 120 day period of performance for this project after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. NOTES: 1. The solicitation with the official specifications and drawings will be available on the GPE on or about 7 June 2016 posted at https://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for the receipt of proposals is 7 July 2016. A physical site visit for this project will be scheduled for all potential offerors, the time and date is yet to be determined but will be listed in the official solicitation. Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project will be uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov. 2. The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. There will not be a public opening. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442. Proposals delivered shall be marked to show the offeror's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time the proposals are due. 3. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. 4. Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts.
