Description

RFQ Solicitation for Single-Source procurement for 240 50-gallon drums of B&B TriTech 9095N Peroxide-Activated Chemical Remover. AFSC/PZIMA Contracting Office contemplates the procurement of 12,000 gallons of B&B TriTech 9095N Peroxide-Activated Chemical Remover to perform services in accordance with Local Engineering Services Instruction CP62-06-RR-1053, Amendment 2. This procurement is a sole-source purchase for 240 50-gallon drums of B&B 9095N Chemical Remover per statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Offeror must complete, sign, and return the SF1449, including all non-standard Representations and Certifications, provide a copy of the MSDS for B&B TriTech 9095N, and comply with the documentation requirements included in sections 52.212-2 on page 12-13, and 52.215-20 on page 38-39 to be eligible for award. Responses are due to Carrie Brown ( carrie.brown.8@us.af.mil ) No Later Than 11:00 AM on 6 July 2016.
