Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking responsible sources to provide pneumatic surgical tool system and attachments. The surgical tool system is a multi-functional hand-piece with single trigger action. The system is designed to have consistent speed with smooth performance and reliability for all surgical procedures. The surgical tool system can perform micro and macro surgical procedures using compressed air capability. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 and size standard 500 employees. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) release date is approximately 10 days from this publication date. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(1), the solicitation availability will be limited to the electronic medium only. The web address for downloading the solicitation is http://www.fedbizopps.gov, the site contains downloading instructions. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall only be made on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
