Amendment A002 to Solicitation DTFAEN-16-R-00092 This Amendment is created to Include the following: 1) Change the Period of Performance on the Announcement from 165 days to 120 days. 2) Change the submission of Pass Performance from no later than 28 May 2016 to no later than June 28, 2016. 3) Change the solicitation due date from June 23, 2016 to June 28, 2016. 4) Change the submission of RFIs from no later than May 18, 2016 to June 23, 2016 5) Include responses to RFIs posted by prospective offerors. *************************************************************** Amendment A001 to Solicitation DTFAEN-16-R-00092 This Amendment is created to Include the following: 1) Change the Site Visit date from June 15, 2016 to June 16, 2016 @ 10:00 AM Local Time 2) Include a larger set of drawings (11" x17") *************************************************************** In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.3.1.2.1 “ the purpose of this SIR is to obtain information, which will ultimately allow the FAA to identify an Offeror that provides the best value, make a selection decision, and award a contract. The FAA Eastern Service Area, AAQ-510ATL Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the Temporary Control Room Renovation on the Technical Support Building (TSB) at the San Juan CERAP, Carolina, Puerto Rico. This procurement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered under full and open competition among the qualified responsive offerors who meet the requirements outline in Section L of the solicitation. The lowest price, technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAA ™s best value criteria. The procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm, fixed price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard as defined by the Small Business Administration is the following: For NAICS codes based on annual receipts, the annual average receipts for the last three fiscal years cannot exceed $36.5 Million The performance period is 165 calendar days, following the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. In accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 - System for Award Management (August 2012), to be considered for award of this effort, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Capacity of performance bonds, payment bonds and insurance is required to be submitted with the offer. A Pre “Bid Site Visit is scheduled for June 15, 2016, at 09:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) at t the FAA Facility “ San Juan CERAP, Carolina, Puerto Rico. Please RSVP by emailing Hector L. De Jesus (hector.dejesus@faa.gov) on or before June 14, 2016 4:30 PM EST to participate in the site visits. Attendees must have a Government issued ID to access the different construction sites. FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more Offerors at any time during the procurement process.
