- Amendment 2: This solicitation is CANCELLED effective 6/16/2016 due to defective specifications and drawings. The FAA will re-issue a new solicitation once these deficiencies have been corrected. Amendment 1: The Pre-Bid Site Visit has been rescheduled for Tuesday June 21, 2016 at 10AM at the Anchorage Air Traffic Control Tower facility. The FAA has a requirement to provide additional air-conditioning for the UPS Room located at the Anchorage International Air Traffic Control Tower (ANC ATCT). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-conditioning Contractors ($15M). See the solicitation and attachments for details. See Section L (page 32) of the solicitation for information on the Pre-Bid Site Visit planned for Monday June 20 at 10AM. Offers are due July 7, 2016.
