Description
1. Is the staff meeting June 27 the same as the outlined Orientation component? I assume not because they are written up separately. Yet they both include an orientation outlining the project to staff. so I am confused. Sorry for the confusion. Yes, they are the same thing. The introduction of the Contractor and the service that the Contractor is providing to CRS shall be provided/conducted on June 27th during the same block of time set-aside for the training, and should be considered a part of the training. It should also be noted that the training provided by the contractor will be immediately followed by an internal agency process to identify issues. We are asking that the Contractor observe this process and rely on it, as well as on the steps that they take independently under the ‘Situational Assessment' phase to determine how to best proceed. 2. What is the 1 - 5 PM training they want the Contractor to observe? Actually, the organization will be asking the Contractor to both provide a training/conduct orientation during a short portion of the 1-5 P.M. time slot on June 27th. The internal process is essentially an employee run method for identifying issues, considering them from various perspectives, and collectively thinking through potential resolutions to the identified issues. 3. And, how much time do they want the training to last on Change Management provided by the contractor? The organization would like the training/orientation session to last one hour. In fact, the interest of the organization is simply for the contractor to introduce themselves, share some information that reflects best practices and considerations for driving collaborative change management, and then to have the Contractor observe the internal process described in the previous answer. We will accept questions up to 3pm ET, after which no further questions will be accepted and the RFQ date of 3pm on June 22, 2016 has not been changed.
