- The United States Army Contracting Command- Warren (ACC-WRN), intends to award a modification to a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis against existing requirements contract W56HZV-16-D-0035 to General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc (GDLS) in support of Stryker Refurbishment services supporting Fiscal Years (FY) 16 through 18. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. GDLS is the only know qualified source to perform this effort. The initial delivery order shall be issued as an undefinitized contract action, with an anticipated definitive contract by 23 September 2016 to included final pricing for FYs 17-18.
