- The U.S. Census Bureau is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the Decennial Budget Integration Tool. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement (i.e. GSA, SEWP or any other government contract vehicle). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; and the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Interested parties responding to this sources sought notice must provide a capability statement demonstrating their capability to fulfill the Government's requirement for developing a project plan. All respondents are requested to identify their firm's size and type of business. Brochures alone are not sufficient documentation for demonstration of capabilities. The capability statement shall be in sufficient detail, but not exceed 10 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirement above. Your capability statement should include references. Responses must be received by 2:30 EST on June 28, 2016 via email to Pamela Miller, Contract Specialist, at pamela.a.miller@census.gov.
