- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IL City: Springfield Delineated Area: City limits of Springfield, IL Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,151 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,409 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Reserved & Secured (see Additional Requirements) Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Space shall be located in a commercial district with attractive, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. • Offered space shall not be located adjacent to residential areas. • Offered space shall not be located adjacent to or in close proximity to educational facilities, religious facilities, and /or hazmat. • Parking shall accommodate 10 full size vehicles, and shall be secured with 8' high anti-climb fencing. • Ability to provide an exterior Sally Port 20' wide and 30' long, located adjacent to the building with direct secure access to the proposed lease space, with a minimum enclosure of 12' wide by 12' high-anti climb fencing. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, list of tenants currently occupying the building and lease expirations, and contact information of authorized representative. • The offered property must have the ability to meet the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) requirements for a Facility Security Level (FSL) III facility, including but not limited to the use of a combination of setbacks, site planning, façade hardening and structural measures to provide a medium level of façade and structure blast resistance protection. The site specific required protection will be determined at the sole discretion of the government on a case by case basis. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. • Reference Project Number 5IL0268. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
