- Performance Work Statement Request for Information This is a Request for Information (RFI) and is not a request for proposal. The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires testing and analysis of distillate and residual fuel oil samples, short term retention of samples, and quality assurance of test results, and related data management and transfer. The Contractor shall provide fuel oil testing for MSC ships and any other Government ship specifically identified by MSC during the term of this Contract. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 with a size standard of $15,000,000.00 See the attached Request for Information document and Draft PWS for requested information and scope of work.
