This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing Off Site Mammography Imaging & Interpretation Services for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Base Period 12 months from date of Award with four (4) additional option years. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by Friday, June 24th 2016; 3:00 p.m. Eastern.
