Description

Salient Characteristics Listing dated 20 June 2016. Replaces Attachment 0001 Listing (which is not dated) AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of Amendment 01 is to: a. Replace the Salient Characteristics Listing at Attachment 0001 with Salient Characteristic Listing dated 20 June 2016, at Attachment 0003. The updated listing provides the following changes: *Salient Characteristic #15 is revised to read - Fork size (LxWxH): 2" (plus or minus 0.5") x 4" (plus or minus 0.5") x 42" (plus or minus 0.5") *Salient Characteristic #20 is added, to read: Sit-down style rider (not stand-up) b. Provide Questions & Answers #1, as follows: 1. Question: Do you want a four-wheel (not 3-wheel), sit-down (not stand-up) rider, 36-volt, "EX" rated, 4,000-lbs. capacity forklift? Answer: 4 Wheel is preferred, sit down is required. Remaining portion of question is specified on the Salient Characteristics Listing. 2. Question: Do you want to include any of the following options? Headlights? Brake light? Rear Working Light? Single-point watering system installed on each battery? Answer: None of the listed options are required 3. Question: Fork width requested is 2"x4"x42". Because of the required brass sheathing on forks, will 4.1" wide forks be acceptable? Answer: Salient Characteristic #15 is revised to "Fork size (LxWxH): 2" (plus or minus 0.5") x 4" (plus or minus 0.5") x 42" (plus or minus 0.5") 4. Question: Are solid pneumatic (no air), traction lugged type tires acceptable? Answer: Yes c. Provide Attachment 0003, Salient Characteristics Listing dated 20 June 2016. This listing replaces Attachment 0001. d. Extend the Response Date to 24 June 2016, 3:30 p.m. Central.
