- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. However if interested the Government shall consider all responces. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with,Integra Lifesciences Plainsboro, NJ. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 per FAR 6.302-1(c). Items are as follows: 1. LCX02 Licox Brain Tissue Oxygen Monitor, Compact portable neuromonitpr device, QTY /1 EA. 2. CAM02 Compact, portable neuromonitor device this is used for ICP and intracranial temperature, QTY 1/EA. 3. ICP16 Monitor adapt cable, ICP 10 PIN Seimens, QTY 2/EA. 4. LCX02SRVEA1-LIC0X02 1 year extended agreement, QTY 1/EA. 5. CAM2SRVEA1-CAM2 1 year extended service, QTY 1/EA. 6. Shipping, QTY 1/EA. The NAICS code for this action is 423450. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems For Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/.
