Description

Evaluation criteria number 5 from the pre-solicitation notice request for SF330 packages is hereby revised to remove the mileage restriction requirement applicability to consultants. The mileage restriction applies to the Prime firm listed in the SF330 package only. The factor shall now read: Geographic Location and Facilities of Working Offices. Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project. The proximity of each firm which would provide the professional services and familiarity with the area in which the project is located will be evaluated. This criterion will apply to the offices of the Prime Firm. (In accordance with VAAR 805.207, the geographical area is limited to a 300 driving mile radius of Danville, IL). The due date for SF330 packages is hereby extended to 3:00 PM EDT July 20, 2016. SDVOSB Firms that have previously provided a SF330 may revise and resubmit if necessary and submit by the due date. SDVOSB Firms that did not previously submit may also provide a SF330 in accordance with the original requirements listed in the pre solicitation notice if all other criteria in the original pre-solicitation notice is met by the due date. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
