- Sole Source Justification The United States Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Secretary (OST), Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) has contracted on a sole source basis with Linda T. Boyle, in accordance with statutory 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. On 06/07/2016, the Government entered into a firm-fixed-price contract with Linda Ng Boyle, located in Seattle, WA, a nationally recognized expert to serve on a panel for the evaluation of experimental data on diver distraction. The period of performance for this contract is June 7, 2016 to August 1, 2018.
