- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: USACE Nashville has a requirement for transit of Dump Scow Barges ND23 and ND 24. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, to be able for safe transit of (2) empty dump scow barges from their present location at CRM216.1 OLD HICKORY Lock base up to BARKLEY Lock CRM30.6. Upon arrival barges are to be positioned behind the upstream land side wall and properly secured. Solicitation expected to be released on or around 28-June-2016. NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: NAICS 483211 with a size standard of 750 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100 % Small Business
