Background Information This renewal provides maintenance support services on Citrix products owned and managed by the OCIO. This maintenance renewal is necessary to support OCIO's requirement of providing remote access capabilities to its USDOL customers in support of their agency missions, as well as supporting the USDOL Continuity of Operations Plan. B. Objective This renewal provides maintenance support services on Citrix products owned and managed by the OCIO. This maintenance renewal is necessary to support OCIO's requirement of providing remote access capabilities to its USDOL customers in support of their agency missions, as well as supporting the USDOL Continuity of Operations Plan. C. Period of Performance The base period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months and two, 12 month option periods. D.
