- Description
- a. Provide updated AWCS courses in accordance with processes outlined in the Navy ILE Content Developer's Handbook, NAVEDTRA 130 series and OD 60803 (CDRL B001). b. Support and coordinate training efforts for SSI Inc 6 onsite TTF instructor training, Design Development Team (DDT), Installation Working Group (IWG), Fleet Transition Team (FTT), and Integrated Product Team (IPT) (CDRL B002). c. Provide Wall Charts in support of the Inc 6 program (CDRL B003). d. Provide an Inc 6 Completion Report (ELIN A001). All efforts shall be performed in accordance with the T9001B checklist dated September 9, 2015 Fire Control Type, Development Column, incorporated as part of the basic ordering agreement. This order is being awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." GDMS has had the responsibility for the design, development, production, installation, and documentation under prime contracts for these supplies and services with the Government. Due to the technical complexity and specialization of the programs and systems, a thorough knowledge of the design, production, and assembly is essential, so that the various categories of work are performed in a timely and cost efficient manner. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No phone inquiries will be entertained.
