- Subject: PR5419418 Request for Quotations Number SIZ11016Q0020 The Iraq Support Unit at the American Embassy in Amman - Jordan, invites all qualified vendors to submit a quotation for home furnishing (BED SHEETS) as per the below: -Please see the attached document for the needed items. Important information - When quoting please to provide all information related to the quoted items including (material made from, thickness, brand...etc.) - A catalogue to be provided along with the quotation. - A firm delivery period must be indicated; -Only quotes that include all items will be considered. -Please to provide the weight and dimensions of the quoted items as a one shipment. -Shipping: For vendors in the United States the ship to address will be: * Ikun, 2801 Route 130 Unit 1,North Brunswick, NJ 08902 -For vendors in Amman-Jordan the delivery will be door to door to the American Embassy Amman. Payment Terms: 30 Days NET via EFT to your company account. The Iraq Support Unit, American Embassy -Amman, intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations/ proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
