Description

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, Florida has a requirement to provide Sailor 2025 (S2025) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Knowledge Capture, Instructional Analysis, and Process Development under Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) LOT II, Functional Areal (FA) 1 contract vehicle. This requirement being procured under the auspices of TDPC LOT II, FA1. As this announcement is provided under the auspices of the Training Data Products Contract (TDPC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), only offers from TDPC LOT II, FA1 Prime contract holders will be considered. Any interest in subcontracting opportunities shall be addressed to the TDPC Prime contract holders using the attached TDPC Prime contract holder point of contact list. The Government intends to award a single-award firm-fixed-price (FFP) task order contract. Only the Request for Proposal SF-33 document will be posted with this solicitation. Interested Prime contractors from the TDPC Lot II FA 1 shall contact the POC, Contract Specialist Micheal Weaver to obtain copies of the RFP Attachments (items listed in RFP Section J) Offerors are cautioned to print and thoroughly review all attachments associated with this RFP upon receipt, and within three days, provide the POC email confirmation of receipt. Failure to ensure legibility of documents provided by the Government or accessible by the offeror will not be grounds for reconsideration or granting of waivers regarding proposal submission requirements. The government does not intend to change the proposal due dates as stated within the DRAFT RFP.
