- See attachment for synopsis. See attachment for sole source letter. This is a proposed sole source acquisition to Affymetrix to purchase 4 CytoScan HD Array Kit and Reagent Kit Bundle. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ on or about 21 June 2016. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339112 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.sam.gov/. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization.
