Description

HVAC Mechanical Layout, other drawings Performance Work Statement Continuation of combined synopsis/solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ No. 020-G14-16-0156. The solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect includes amendments thru FAC 2005-88 effective June 15, 2016. The associated NAICS code 238220, which has a small business size standard of $15.0 million dollars, is applicable. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated to result from award of this solicitation. All services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide Construction services for the provision of installing mechanical/HVAC system at Building #2009 at Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico, as defined in this PWS. Period of Performance: This is an urgent requirement. Services shall be considered one-time only, proposed to take over the period of 15 days after the award of the contract.
