Description

Department Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Out-Patient Pharmacy (CMOP) Chelmsford, MA VA770-16-Q-0391 posting to FedBizOps for Pharmaceutical Items RFQ is for a one (1) Lactation Unit. General Specifications of Major Components: -The lactation room must be self-contained, capable of being assembled on site by staff, and made of recyclable materials. -Door: Requires Internal locking mechanism that engages an "Occupied/Vacant" sign on the exterior of the door when manipulated and an External locking mechanism to prohibit unauthorized use. -Interior: Comfortable chair with sufficient back support and foot stool. Must include table to rest/place supplies on. -Lighting: Fluorescent or LED lighting - Electrical Power: Power to the portable unit will be provided by an external power cord (110/120Volt, 20 Amp Circuit). Electrical receptacles (4) will be grounded and installed to electrical code on interior of the unit. -Shelf: A minimum of one shelf is required. -Refrigeration: must include small refrigerator for storage.
