- Specifications for 22 Ft Dedicated Runway Broom Head Specifications for 18 Ft Dedicated Runway Broom Head The 375th Contracting Squadron (LGCB3) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award for the purchase of M-B Broom Head Assemblies, Brand Name or Equal. This is a commercial purchase using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The following information, as required per FAR 12.603(c)(2) applies: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation reference number is FA4407-16-Q-3003; it is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-88 effective 15 Jun 2016, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20160607 Edition, effective 07 Jun 2016.
