- Description
- The U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) has a requirement for lodging and meals in support of the PANAMAX 2016 Execution from 24 July 2016 through 6 August 2016 in Suffolk, Virginia. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $32.5M. It is the Government's intent to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The requirement consists of lodging for 195 room-nights and meals during USSOUTHCOM's Panamax 2016 Execution Conference in Suffolk, Virginia. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement will be released on or around 24 June 2016. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from any third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from Hotels ONLY. The Contractor shall be located in the metropolitan area within ten (10) miles of Joint Staff J7 South (JS J7 South) Headquarters, 116 Lake View Parkway, Suffolk, VA. All responsible and responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
