Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to solicit from only one source, GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc., 9900 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53226-4856 for the procurement of 24/7 Technical Phone Support, remote diagnostics and onsite response as needed for GE Medical Systems (GEMS) Muse software System, for the period of October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 with four (4) pre-priced one (1) year option periods. Software support is also provided to the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037, and the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. NAICS code 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request to offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm EDST/EDT on June 28, 2016. No telephone inquiries or emails with questions will be accepted.
