Description: Sources Sought for High Vacuum Pump Qty one (1) High Vacuum Pump to the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, Maryland that meets the following minimum requirements: •- Complete pumping system with turbomolecular pump, "dry" roughing pump, and control to achieve a minimum pressure of 10^-7 Torr. •- Direct connection of turbo pump via the International Organization Standard (ISO) 100 vacuum flange (ISO-100 flange). •- Minimum Pressure of 10^-7 Torr must be achieved within two (2) hours.
