Sources Sought for Flash Bulbs The Government requires 1,728 Flash bulbs delivered to the Aberdeen Proving Grounds that meets the following minimum requirements: •- Minimum Peaking time of 30 milliseconds (ms) •- 110,000 rated Lumen Seconds •- Color temperature of 3800 degree Kelvin (K) •- Base type: International Electrotechnical Commission 7004-21 Standard Medium Edison Screw #102 •- Bulb Diameter of 72 millimeters (mm) •- Maximum Bulb Height of 150mm. •- Voltage Range of six (6) - 24 volts •- 20 milliamps (mA) •- Compatible with Sylvania Bulb Type #3
