June 21, 2016 ATTENTION POTENTIAL PRINT PROVIDERS: If your company is interested in becoming an Available on Demand (AOD) print provider, please contact Monica Price directly at 405-954-4137 or email monica.price@faa.gov. March 28, 2016 STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Aeronautical Information Services (AJV-5), is transitioning aeronautical charts and related products print and distribution operations from existing contract(s) to multiple no-cost agreements with private industry. Digital product files allow industry the opportunity to print, sell, and distribute aeronautical charting products to the public in an Available on Demand (AOD) approach. Any party interested in the opportunity to become an approved print provider should submit product qualification samples or a self-certification form in accordance with instructions in the attached agreement. See attached PDF titled "AOD Print Provider Agreement FINAL". NOTE: The agreement is not to be construed as a request for proposal, or as a contract or commitment of any kind, nor as an obligation on the part of the FAA to acquire any services. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of any documentation submitted in response to this announcement.
