- Statement of Work 1. Lodging. 2. Meeting Rooms (rooms shall have computer/video projection system, public address sound system and group interaction seating with dry erase board). 3. Meals (examples of, but not limited to, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack, etc). 4. Indoor Activities (examples of, but not limited to, ping pong, carpet bowling, air hockey, foosball table, pool table, and indoor basketball shoot, etc). 5. Outdoor Activities (examples of, but not limited to, go karts, archery, rifle range, moon bounce, confidence course, human foosball, play ground, tetherball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, mini-golf, Frisbee golf, basketball, volleyball, outdoor hot tub, etc). 6. Adventurous Activities (examples of, but not limited to, Paintball-full gear and supervision, High Ropes, Rappelling, Water Sports, etc). 7. Daily Childcare (All child-care givers shall be DHS Certified). The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sill, Oklahoma, intends to award a five-year BPA. The appropriate NAICS code is 721110. Generally, purchases against this BPA will be made by authorized individuals possessing a Government Purchase Card (GPC) and who are authorized by MICC, Fort Sill. All notifications received within eight(8) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to issue agreements outside the 200-mile radius based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine number of interested vendors. The government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. All responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: a. Company's full name, address, telephone, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification number. b. Company's Duns Number and Cage Code for proof of Central Contractor's Registration (www.ccr.gov) and System for Award Management (SAM). c. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Government Credit Card. d. Company size: small or large, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned. Set aside criteria will be considered. e. Vendor Information Sheet f. Past performance as a Department of Defense (DoD) BPA Vendor for these type of items. Preference will be given to current and/or previous DoD BPA Agreement holders. DoD BPA holders shall provide current and/or previous BPA Agreement numbers and Point of Contact in the Past Performance information submission.
